2. What we process and why
- Contact formName, email address, subject, message, plus the language and the address of the sending page, passed on as technical data. Purpose: answering the enquiry and quoting. Legal basis: taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the form. Retention: 2 years from the close of contact, or until consent is withdrawn.
- Server logsIP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser identifier. Purpose: operation and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: 30 days at most.
Providing the data is voluntary, but without your name, email address and message we cannot answer your enquiry.
3. Cookies
This site only uses storage that is strictly necessary: a cookie named cf-lang (valid for 1 year) and your browser's local storage remember your chosen language, and local storage also remembers your cookie decision. None of this needs consent. You can delete the cookie and the local storage in your browser settings at any time.
No analytics or marketing cookies run on this site today. If any are added later, they will only start after explicit consent on the cookie bar.
4. Processors

- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Gmail)The company email account, where messages sent to info@crossflow.hu and through the form are forwarded. Transfers outside the EEA may rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and standard contractual clauses.
- Sendinblue SAS (Brevo)9-17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France (RCS Paris 498 019 298). Forwards the details entered in the contact form to the company by email. Its privacy notice: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Send the request to the email address above; we answer within one month. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Remedies
