Frequently asked questions
Who do I deal with during the project?
Us, as a single point of contact. We coordinate design, building services and construction, so you do not have to manage separate specialists and contractors. The company is led by Attila B. Nagy.
Will there be hidden costs?
No. Before any work starts we carry out a detailed survey, and the itemised, fully priced budget is built on it. You see what everything costs from the start.
Do you take on renovations, or only new houses?
Both. We build new family homes and renovate existing properties, from design to handover.
Do you install heat pumps?
Yes. We design and install heat pump systems, together with underfloor heating, ceiling heating and cooling, and heat recovery ventilation.
How does a project start?
With a survey. We visit the property, talk through your ideas and the technical options, and prepare the budget from that. The first step is a quote request or a phone call.
